It starts, of course, with the communications:

cases are inspected on receipt. If we notice any issues,
we get back
to you quickly, to ensure that the case can be fabricated
correctly the first time.

will work directly with you to ensure that your impressions
will result in the best
fabrications possible. If problems
arise, we will notify you.

During
fabrication, the cases are inspected to ensure a quality
product.

Before
shipping, a final inspection ensures that your patients are
satisfied, and avoids the
unnecessary costs associated
with repeat visits.
